Snorkeling with Whales in Newfoundland & Larbador
You may have gone whale watching from a tour boat and enjoyed it immensely. You may have seen whales from land. Another thrill. Or you may have seen them on TV – 3DTV even – in which case you need to catch the boat. There you’ll see a 30-tonne humpback jump in the air, herd fish (and you thought herding cats was hard?), snort and sing. Now, get on a snorkeling kit and go into the water. Don’t worry, the suit will keep you afloat. Just swim off from the dive boat a little bit and wait. It will come at you. From the deep, from behind, the side or ahead, but come it will and at a ferocious speed. There’s no escape! Will it bump you out of the water? Will it eat you? Don’t be silly, it has baleens, not teeth, and you’re too big to filter out. Will it wink at you? Whatever the whale does, you’ll get a rush. Go snorkeling with whales with Ocean Quest Adventures.
